Your culinary voyage begins with bold, mouthwatering appetizers—perhaps the earthy Black-Eyed Bean Hummus paired with Ampesi Crisps, or the golden crunch of Plantain Crisps.
For starters, explore a curated selection of meat, seafood, vegan, and vegetarian delights. From King Prawns with Cassava Arto der Haroutunian to the ethereal Cream Callaloo Puff, each dish is a sensory overture to Africa’s diverse palate. Shareable sides offer communal joy and layered textures.
